The updated scaffold-based collection includes more than 660 000 compounds. New interesting drug-like and lead-like molecules have been added to all parts of the data base including Kinase, GPCR, Nuclear Receptor, Protease, Ion Channel and many other targeted libraries. Also, a new protein-protein interaction library of 34 000 compounds has been introduced.
